










Before that, Jean-Christophe spent the first part of his career in the IT industry, first as a salesman for IBM and then as the founder and CEO of an IT consulting firm hiring more than 100 employees at the time, which he later sold to a multinational competitor.
Jean-Christophe led and closed more than 30 transactions in various industries (IT, Corporate Services, Health, Agrobusiness, etc.) in the 10 to 200 M€ range.

Before joining Trianon, Jane was a Partner at Financière de Courcelles where she closed about ten mid-cap deals.
Jane began her investment banking career with Chase Manhattan in Paris (now JP Morgan Chase), in the Corporate Finance department. She then joined Marceau Investissements, where she worked on M&A as well as corporate investment assignments. She eventually moved to Clinvest, as Head of Health Department, then Banque Worms, where she was responsible for the sales and acquisitions of listed or unlisted companies, and IPOs.
Of American origin with dual nationality, Jane has a Bachelor's Degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Before joining Trianon CF, Michel held a position as a Partner at cabinet CMW International. Michel spent the first part of his professional career developing and managing his family's company, Marcelle Griffon, specialized in women's apparel. After the sale of the company, he joined Friedland Investissements as a Director and investor.
Michel has finalized some fifteen transactions in the area of textiles, fashion, leisure, decoration, service industries, horticulture...
Michel graduated from ESC (Montpellier) and holds a DESS degree in Financial Management.

Before joining Trianon CF, Claire set up her own Capital Raising Firm, Adviseo Conseil, dealing mostly with Capital Risk Assignments.
Before that, Claire spent more than 15 years working as a sell-side financial analystand participated in primary and secondary operations for investment banks in Paris and London, more particularly in the media and internet sectors, for Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas Equities.
Claire holds a doctorate in Management Sciences from the University of Paris IX Dauphine and a member of the SFAF (French Society of Financial Analysts) and the AACIF.
She has also taught finance at ESC Lille (SKEMA) business school and managed their Parisian campus.

Before joining Trianon CF Espagne, Marc was a Partner at M&A firm ONEtoONE Capital Partners.
Over the course of his career, Marc founded and managed several IT firms. Among these is Optima Finance, specializing in financial solutions integration. After 5 years, Marc sold Optima to the SAGE group, and took on the management of the newly created subsidiary Sage Finance.

Franck joined Trianon CF in early 2010. Before joining Trianon CF, Franck successfully participated in various private equity investments at Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners. Previously, Franck worked at Aforge Finance where he managed the sales process of several mid-market transactions.
Franck began his career at Ernst & Young, where he carried out several auditing assignments. He then joined the M&A department of BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking.
Franck worked on 10 operations among them, the OBO of Novamex (Arbre Vert) with Edmond de Rothschild IP and the sale of Amosdec to Avnet, a group listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Franck holds a master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Dauphine University, a master in Financial Engineering and Fiscal Strategy from the Sorbonne University and the DESCF (equivalent to the chartered accountant degree).
Jacques spent most of his career in Information Technology, he began as a system engineer at CGI (later purchased by IBM) then as CEO and Founder of two software consulting firms:

Eric joined Trianon CF as a Cosmetics and Perfumes Industry Advisor, a field in which he possesses a 25 year experience.
Before joining Trianon CF, he founded his own company specializing in luxury fragrances and scented candles.
Prior to this, Eric held executive positions in France and abroad in large, prestigious groups such as Rochas, LVMH, Shiseido, Kenzo, including four years at the head of the German subsidiairy of Givenchy Fragrances.

Andrea joined Trianon FC to increase cross-border transactions with the countries of Eastern Europe and develop the firm's international network.
Prior to joining CF Trianon, Andrea was attached directly to the Hungarian Secretary of State for Health, and was responsible for monitoring the implementation of projects financed by the European Union and the validation of new investments, in order to obtain funding from the European Community.
Previously, Andrea was the assistant to the MEP from Hungary in Brussels.
Andrea began her career in law firms in Hungary (Budapest).
Andrea holds a Ph.D. in Hungarian law and a PhD in European Law at the University of Budapest.
After several years of experience, Sandra joined Trianon to take over the administrative management of the company.
Sandra holds a Master's degree in Music Management (Sorbonne University).
Before joining Trianon Spain, Samuel worked as a partner at the Spanish branch of family business and small-caps M&A international specialist Actoria Espana.
Samuel graduated from both the European Business Programme and the Ecole de Management de Bordeaux, and also earned a Bachelor's degree from Madrid's Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
