Sogecrèche was initially specialized in the management of nurseries in the Paris region. Under the leadership of Thierry Cantet, its main shareholder and CEO, the group expanded in 2015 with the creation and operation of 2 new company nurseries, i.e. 90 cradles. In 2017, Sogecrèche embarked on the management of micro-nurseries in Lyon.
After a complete screening of the market carried out by the Trianon CF team, negotiations began with the founders of the Baby Montessori group. Mr. and Mrs. Roubieu embarked on this entrepreneurial adventure in 2014, with the opening of a first micro-nursery in Avignon. Their concept, inspired by the educational project of Maria Montessori and based on a bilingual environment, has met with great success. The group is currently made up of 6 micro-nurseries located in Vaucluse, Gard and Yvelines.
The acquisition of the Baby Montessori group is part of Sogecrèche's development strategy in a fast-growing market. The Montessori concept, associated with a bilingual environment, constitutes a real competitive advantage in a market undergoing consolidation.
