Founded in 1986, ENVIRONNEMENT SERVICES is a key player in outdoor landscaping in the Paris region. The company has built its know-how around two complementary areas of expertise: outdoor fencing & metalwork, and the creation of green spaces.

Founded in 1979, ONIS is specialized in the design, assembly and sale of tailor-made quick piping solutions intended to isolate and secure production lines on critical industrial sites, particularly in petrochemicals, transport and storage of gas, chemistry, industrial gases, defense, agrochemicals, steel industry, etc. Building on its historical know-how and an installed base of 12,000 equipment worldwide, ONIS is a technological leader in its niche market with solid credentials in projects linked to the energy transition (reduction of fugitive emissions, hydrogen, carbon capture).

With a highly international-oriented activity (+60% in exports), ONIS, whose head office is located in Lambesc (Bouches-du-Rhône), has the particularity of having a real international footprint with 2 subsidiaries in the USA and China, as well as 4 regional offices in Germany, Abu Dhabi, Vietnam and Brazil. ONIS is targeting revenue of €8 million in 2023.

Created in 2002, the Sodeprint group operates two production sites: the historic FP Pack site in Appoigny (Yonne), specialized in food packaging, and, since 2020 and the acquisition of TPG Pack, the Malville site (Loire-Atlantique), specialized in premium and food packaging. With expertise in all stages of cardboard packaging manufacturing, the group designs, manufactures and delivers its products with PEFC and FSC certification and the Imprim'Vert label. In 2022, Sodeprint employs 120 people and has generated a turnover of nearly 40 M€.

The Sodeprint group acquired Malengé, a specialist in eco-responsible paper packaging for food and cosmetic products. With 100% recyclable products, Malengé reduces the carbon footprint of packaging by up to 60% and cuts its weight by 40% compared to conventional products. Located in Flers-en-Escrebieux (Nord), the Malengé production site completes the Sodeprint group's territorial presence in the northern half of France.

Founded in 1968, CRYOPAL develops, manufactures, and markets innovative products for home liquid oxygen therapy (respiratory failure treatment), as well as cryopreservation and transport of biological samples in the fields of health and medical research, pharmaceutical industry, genetics, and animal health. Based in Bussy-Saint-Georges (Sein-et-Marne), the company has around 100 employees and generated sales revenue of €23 million in 2021, more than half of which came from exports.

SMS Incendie carries out the installation, periodic checks, maintenance and troubleshooting of fire safety systems. The company has recognized expertise in sprinklers and is one of the few players capable of working on all fire safety systems.

After having led various innovation and digital transformation projects in large groups and operationally managed two SMEs in the last 5 years, Jean-François Caillard decided to embark on a new entrepreneurial project.
