As part of its external growth strategy, Exiptel acquires Avanguard, a consulting firm specialising in technical assistance in infrastructure and cybersecurity. Avanguard boasts a top-tier client portfolio composed of CAC 40 and SBF 120 groups from diversified sectors — luxury, transport, retail, finance, energy, among others. The combined entity generates approximately €10 million in revenue and significantly strengthens Exiptel's position in a fast-growing market.
