Founded in 2006, Exiptel is an independent digital services company specializing in cybersecurity and network infrastructure, based at Campus Cyber. The company supports CAC 40 companies, major government agencies, and French mid-sized companies in managing, upgrading, and securing their IT environments.
As part of its external growth strategy, Exiptel acquires Avanguard, a digital services company founded in 2011 and specialising in consulting and technical expertise in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and software development. Avanguard has a premier client portfolio consisting of CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies from diverse sectors including luxury goods, transportation, retail, finance, and energy, among others.
The combined entity, which recorded 20% growth between the first half of 2025 and the first half of 2026, is targeting revenue of €12 million in 2027 and aims to rank among the top five independent French digital services firms specializing in cybersecurity by 2030.
